Approved Status of any applicant can be revoked under any of the following condition.

Failure to attend ALL mandatory functions. Scouts are expected to show up on time and stay until dismissed by the Jamboree Scoutmaster or Jamboree Senior Patrol Leader or Leader in charge of the event. Parents are allowed to attend training sessions only during scheduled visit times (that will be published). Anyone outside the contingent or jamboree committee wanting to visit at any other times will need to obtain permission from the Jamboree Scoutmaster. The Jamboree Scoutmaster or the full Jamboree committee may only grant exceptions to attendance at a mandatory function, and only if submitted in writing before a regularly scheduled meeting of the Jamboree committee. Exceptions due to the birth, death, serious illness, marriage, high school or college graduation of an IMMEDIATE family member (father, mother, stepparent, or sibling) may be accepted, even after the fact. However, the participant may be required to provide proper documentation. The intent of this requirement is to ensure the participants understand the once in a lifetime nature of Jamboree, and that only exceptions rising to that level of priority may be accepted.
